The GLSA hosts two annual soccer tournaments at the Lear Soccer Complex, where teams compete in an exciting atmosphere on well-maintained fields. During the tournaments, visitors can stop by the tournament tent to purchase commemorative T-shirts, making for a great souvenir of the event. The tournaments bring together players, families, and fans for a weekend filled with competitive matches, sportsmanship, and community spirit.
Each year over 100 tournaments are hosted by Member Associations with North Texas Soccer providing the tournament sanctioning. Tournament sanctioning helps to ensure a safe, fun, age-appropriate environment.
Incorporating the best coaching methodologies from around the world, players will work on technical foundation skills in a fun & safe environment. More than just a soccer camp; a cultural, educational, and informational program that uses soccer to teach core values of responsibility, respect, integrity, sportsmanship and leadership.
